J F GOODWILLIE LTD – Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase or have over-ordered, we will offer you a refund, exchange or credit note if you return the goods to us in their original condition, unused and with unopened packaging (where relevant). You must provide us with the original till receipt and return the goods to us within 21 days of purchase.

A re-stocking/handling charge may apply. If you originally paid for the goods be card you will need to produce this card for a credit.

Unfortunately, goods that are ordered to your own specification (eg. Special milling, cutting) cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is accepted.

Once these goods have been delivered or collected it is your responsibility to check that your delivered/collected products are in perfect condition before signing the delivery/collection note.
You can only return these items if they are not of satisfactory quality and we cannot remedy the fault to your reasonable satisfaction.
