JF Goodwillie Ltd - Delivery Policy

Whilst our delivery team strive to be as helpful as possible, please be aware that any special requirements (including, but not limited to - delivering the goods to a place other than that of the nearest kerb-side) are at the delivery driver’s discretion and charges will be applied if there are any unnecessary delays in making the delivery, refusal of goods or if we are unable to make the delivery at all.

We cannot guarantee a delivery date/time, and any times quoted are to be regarded as an estimate only and are subject to change without prior notice.
By placing any orders for delivery (or collection) with J F Goodwillie Ltd you are accepting our Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale – a copy of which can be provided upon request.
Please note the following extract from our Standard Terms & Conditions of sale:

6.5: “Where the Seller (J F Goodwillie Ltd) agrees to deliver the Goods to the Buyer this shall be to the nearest point on a road suitable in the opinion of the driver for the vehicle used. The Buyer shall provide the necessary labour and equipment to unload the vehicle and/or container without undue delay”

Requirements for deliveries:-

• Delivery Contact Name
• Delivery Address & Post Code
• Phone Number (mobile preferred)
  

Please consider the following when placing orders for delivery:-

• Is the road wide enough for a large vehicle or is a smaller van required?
• Are there any obstructions to the delivery premises?
• Will someone be there to receive/help offload the delivery?
• Is the delivery address easy to find? If not, a copy of a street map may be required for reference
